Very poor service. Viewed flat and and sign terms of letting. Never got call back so I could pay holding deposit. Eventually got through and was told Zoe was unavailable and would call back. Never got call back. Tried to call next day no one answered phone. I then sent email and got a response that someone had already made the holding deposit. I feel this is very poor as if I had got a call back or someone had answered the phone I would of been able to pay before the other person.
