As a tenant renting with City Homes, I have been absolutely shocked at their lack of professionalism and customer service skills.

They completely fudge their way through viewings, promising this and that (and frankly, not really knowing what they're talking about). If you dare ask them for anything agreed/paid for they will try to duck out of it/ignore you/blame YOU for it not having been carried out.

The lettings manager, Gery, is patronising, unorganised and argumentative every time they are pulled up on something, and I would try to avoid using these estate agents at all costs. Certain aspects, promised to be sorted before we moved in to our property, were not ready and the lettings manager proceeded to blame us for moving too soon, despite the fact that we were flexible and the landlord actually wanted someone to move in ASAP. Seems laughable now.

Basically, be very careful if looking to rent with City Homes and if you have another option, go with that instead. I would never ever use these guys again; I'd rather sleep in a tent.

Not too bad generally but we have been overcharged for something we haven't received yet. City Homes seem happy to just keep the money and not do much work.

Since 22/09/2019, I called many times but no one picked phone. The number 02034753343 cannot accept my call. As can be seen 4th email I sent to The Cityhome Estates manager Gery. I submitted online require form as well.

I am writing to ask for you take a urgent action of all my house staff in my room ( Next to the kitchen, 97, Wallwood Road, London E11 1AP) have been stolen.
This is great serious criminal.

May I know when Ms YanFang WU Will hand back this house to your Cityhome Estates?

Can you keep her deposit with a clear statement about this great incident? Because she rejected to talk to me, she has no response of when she will hand back to your agent!

Please, Ask her new address and her plan of this stranger serious criminal stolen all my house staff include used soaks, shoes, pans. Thus,

Suspects of this stolen must be who are among of 4 my house mates such as
1. Ms YanFang WU,
2. Mrs FuE Zhang,
3. Mr Feng Wong as Gary ( Last year I have been told his name is Hui Wong, he wrote Feng Wong at 00:55, 22/09/2019),
4. Mr YanFeng Zhou ( Mrs Zhang’s husband) and their accomplices.

Only they those 4 house mates knew what all my house staff are.

00:56, 22/09/2019, Mr Fei Wong told me that my room was normal locked before about 2 weeks. It is Monday about 09/09/2019, my room was normal as locked at 10:30am when he was going to work. The door of my room was opened as empty at 00:00 10/09/2019 when he came back to the Home from work.

Mr Wong stated this may be Mrs FuE ZHANG, or Ms YanFang WU moved all my staff out.

Mr Wong has not answered my question of Seeing a fruit cardboard box with at the night 16/09/2019.

In the first answer the question of flat’s lock, Mr Wong denied he has never touched a flat’s lock. When I told him that the neighbour who has seen you repaired a lock of flat door with big noise at the mid night of 16/09/2019. Then Mr Wong admitted he did. I knew the flat’s door cannot lock in side before that day.

07:00, 17/09/2019, I opened a door of house. I cannot open the door of flat.

I was waiting 2 hours, Mr Wong opened a flat’s door. Mr Wong with Ms YanFang WU were playing a game of ordered me who must leave the house at 09:25am 17/09/2019. Even so I requested Ms YanFang WU that I can wait until she is available for talking whereabout all my house staff included 3 laptops, hard-drivers, electric staff and many valuable staff etc. Even so I used socks, shoes, pants are gone, and find what happen about my room but Ms WU rejected.

As can be seen following rest of total 66 attachments about I exchanged texts between Mrs FuE Zhang and me. And YanFang WU and me as Mr KeJi XU. It is strange that in the beginning is IPhone blue colour than later changed to the green colour text mobile message.

You also can see I texted to Ms YanFang WU and FuE Zhang”s responses.

2. A picture of I with Mr Wong in his room last night.
3. Receipt of my rent payment of transaction on 23/08/2019.
4. Receipts of my rent payment paid to Mr FuE Zhang, Ms YanFang WU and her boyfriend Mr Basil Dajani.
5. calls to Ms YanFang WU at 18/09/2019. As she rudely cut down the phone.
6. calls to Ms YanFang WU at 18/09/2019. As she rudely cut down the phone.
7–9. Chinese messages were exchanged between me and Mr YanFeng Zhou when I moved in 97 on 27/04/2017. Last message was that Mr Zhou called me who has a breakfast with him in our house 29/04/2017.
Rest 64 attachments are text messages exchanged between Ms YanFang WU and Me as Mr KeJi Xu, and between Mrs FuE Zhang and me.

Our flat was a new build, due to be fully completed by Xmas 2017. We moved in mid-Jan 2018. -No lift until September 2019– tenants were not told this before moving in. The flats are advertised as disabled friendly but the disabled lift wasn't working when we moved out -The communal street door was broken & not locking - we would get gangs smoking in the stairwell & residents felt unsafe.
