The team @ Belvoir have been brilliant for some years now. The incoming rents are handled efficiently and get paid to the bank account promptly. Maintenance problems are notified to landlords immediately via the portal and the 'repair' teams carry out the work quickly with minimum disruption to the tenants. All relevant certificates (ie GAS, PAT etc) are notified by Belvoir, when due, and carried out without any fuss.
