From the initial moment we instructed MM to the day we moved into our new home Jacob especially has been there every step of the way. He is dedicated, kept the move on track when we hit some bumps in the road and is an asset to MM. He was calling and emailing on a regular basis to keep us up to date with the progress and was chasing other agents and solicitors, which as a client is what you want to see! Thanks again for all your hard work.
