Just a quick review to say that I had a great experience with buying my house with Connells. Managed to get everything sorted through them including my mortgage with the absolute gentleman, James Best. Beth was amazing when helping me find my house, took me on a viewing tour which was actually quite fun and helped me realise what I really wanted in a house. Just have to say she was a brilliant point of contact and I hope she will still be there next time I go to sell my house. Adam, the manager was great with negotiating the sale. Every person I spoke to at Connells was friendly, polite and I really felt as if they listened to me and endeavoured to sort out whatever needed to be done quickly. Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to everyone for a pretty stress-free experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Truly awful customer service. 3 phone calls to arrange a viewing for a flat in Exeter. Each time I was promised a call back which never came.
