Currently using Gallant Richardson as a letting agent, and they are terrible. The contract said the property had a washing machine only to find it broken and Gallant Richardson saying they won't replace it or reimburse. Also when arranging the deposit payment and contract signing, they needed reminding and chasing! Considering the high admin charges, it's just not on. If you can possibly avoid using them, do!
