We recently bought a house through Raine and co agent, Stevenage. Scott Willmott , branch manager of Stevenage branch helped us throughout the process with very efficient and professionally. I would definitely recommend and will use Raine and Co for my future business.

Have dealt with 10 agents over the last 30 years and these are by far the worst. Very unknowledgable about the vendors property bordering on hindering. Too afraid to ask or challenge the vendor. Overpriced property just based on a previous estate agents failed sale. Patronising and ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more knowledgeable and less sales process driven. Be prepared to assist your buyers as without them you have nothing! !

Thank you so much for responding to my comment, just to clarify, you mentioned being more knowledgeable, me being the branch manager I was born and bred in Stevenage, the knowledge we have is impeccable. Also, when you mention about the sales process, a good estate agent will put every force possible to the sales process as this makes things happen to achieve a successful completion. I would finish this comment with buyers correctly so, without them you there would be no sales. Not forgetting ho ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

We send “Customer Care Questionnaires” to both sellers and buyers upon legal exchange of contracts. To date 85% of these have been returned to us and the average score we have achieved out of 10 is 8.9, all of the returned questionnaires have stated that they would be happy to use us again and are confident to recommend our services to their friends, family and neighbours.
