We had a long, drawn out sale process marred by two not great solicitors and some late disclosures of issues in the house - all stressful, slow and requiring a lot of work.
We were so grateful Adam was the one helping us through. He remained positive, supportive, calm and thoughtful throughout - eventually even playing go-between on communications between the seller and ourselves because we needed to speed up our solicitors. Seriously above and beyond stuff.
I'd hope that if and when the time comes to move again, the process will be smoother. I know that if and when the time comes, we'll call Adam.
