We have rented since we have moved to the UK (over 10 years now) and have had the experience of private landlords and managed tenancies. i have to say that based on our current experiences with Belvoir Sutton Coldfield, i wish we had rented with them earlier. Les and Karen are professional, friendly and keep their promises and are a pleasure to work with. No query is too small and as a tenant we actually feel valued. i would highly recommend their services for anyone wishing to rent in the area
