This is my only property sale so far & I chose Auction House looking for expediency + a fair market price. Realising competitive bidding can produce greater returns, James did explain it all depends on the day. He was very succinct in outling the processes of selling & how the industry generally operates. James also answered my questions about certain specifics concerning to me - with a reassurance that was both friendly & professional. Auction House took a lot of the stress away & I always felt confident in them as my service provider. I would recommend this company for anyone with a domestic dwelling requiring a quick result & good return - despite the costs being slightly higher than a traditional agent. It was a fascinating process to go through & I am more than happy with the overall outcome. + James is a serious football fan !!

We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
