We went on the market, having been looking to move for some time. We hadn't found the right property at this point but knew properties in the area we wanted where moving really quickly, so we wanted to be in a position to progress.
Within a week of being on the market, our perfect house went on the market, also with Thomas Morris. We were desperate for it, but so were lots of other people! Katy and the team pulled out all the stops and offered great advice which led to us getting the house of our dreams! I feel that Katy was just as invested in the property as we were and the team at a whole empathised with us the whole way through the process. I can't thank them enough! Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
