I have used Putterills, now Belvoir as the managing agent for up to 3 properties that are rented out. During that time they have provided an excellent, professional and efficient service with minimal disturbance to me. I can't think of any instance when I have had cause for complaint. There is only space above to name two members of staff, but my comments apply to the whole team all of whom are highly commended.
Comment on agent fees
I have no complaints. When I transferred my business to Putterills they honoured the percentage fee I had been paying previously, which was below the market rate. As I have had more than one property until very recently, they have maintained this lower rate.
