When I enter the agency I was in a rush and had to find a place the fastest as possible ! As soon as they saw that they proposed me a room but upgraded the monthly price from 700£ with the previous tenant to 966£ with me, I saw it on their computer.
As I was desperate I accept, the room was tiny, no leaving room, the supposed cleaning service once a week was in fact once a month, so the place Was very dirty with the other tenants...
From the first day I explained I would stay 3months they said don't worry take a 6months lease we don't have under and you just give us a month notice before leaving it will be good.
When I came to the agency to give my month notice They ask me to pay 500£, after complaining they wouldn't let go I paid, then they ask me to find myself the new tenant. After 3 weeks I called them back saying I didn't find a tenant , and they told me despite the 400£ I paid to end the contract I will still have to pay the rent until the end of the 6months lease if I don't find a Tenant....
This is the biggest scam ever ! They lie, take your money and are very rude ! I am stuck with a rent to pay and they block my deposite !
I wish I had read all the reviews before renting with them !!!!!

Been in a house where I used to pay 1083£ pound a month for nothing ! Heater and hot water was missing almost all the time I’ve been in there and for them the priority was make money and not adjust the boiler! I report that’s someone come in to the flat breaking a window in the kitchen and asked them to repair it but never done anything and I can say that 1 moths before this happened 2 people got stabbed in the building and 1 die after the stab ! They didn’t care about anything ! ...
