I never stated that you did manage my properties although I was hassled on a constant basis to switch from let only to managed let - hence why I said money grabbing and I’m sure bcz I preferred to be a hands on landlord and build direct relationships with my long standing tenants this was why you were so unhelpful in many levels. I had and continue to have a good relationship with Megan who sold her business to you. In addition I also had properties with Larards and Chris Clubleys since 2002 who have always been great highly professional and helpful agents, and again, even though staff have left I continue to have a friendly relationship with them. I have had great relationships with both these agents for almost 20 years, as I do with all my tenants, many of whom are long term tenants and very happy with how I manage my respective properties. You don’t need to warn anyone about me bcz your agency was the only one I couldn’t get along with for reasons mentioned

The amount of inaccuracy in the comments made here are mind boggling. I have reviewed the notes on this client. First, Julie Harris was never a managed client with Link Agency she only used our agency on a Let Only basis. Throughout our dealings with her she was problematic and tried to get my staff to run around after her as though she was one of our managed clients. Which I repeatedly told them not to do. The agent that previously dealt with her had sold her business to us, that is true, largely to escape just this type of "client" that they had created for themself. We were the unfortunate recipients of this. The one thing that is certain is that we took over and managed all of the deposits with complete legal compliance. Our team have been working in the industry for many years, we are ARLA licensed and fully compliant. Although this seems to relate to events that took place a few years ago, the name Julie Harris is etched on my mind as just the type of Landlord that agents should avoid dealing with. She is wants everyone to run around after her and yet she is not willing to pay for a service. I could go on.. If that sounds rude then I am sure you get the idea.

The letting agent I had my rental properties with sold out to Link Agency at the beginning of 2017. My experience with this agency was that they were money grabbing, completely unhelpful and very difficult to deal with. After some time I moved my business to another agent who I had previously been with. When the new agent went to Link to collect all the files and paperwork on my properties, including tenancy deposit schemes they were told there was nothing to give them. I knew this to be completely untrue bcz the agent who sold her business to them was the most efficient agent I have ever known. Wouldn’t advise any decent landlord to put anything with this agent. They’re the most rude and unprofessional agents I’ve ever encountered.
