The moment Pam (valuer) walked over the threshold of our home we knew Hannells were for us. Pam's professional and calm manner, along with her sincerity won us over on that same visit.Pam promised us Hannells are the best and we felt just that. We had to have photos done of our home and were dreading it but George (listing manager) made us feel completely comfortable and his work was excellent .Once we started dealing with the office team (Leah and Aaron super friendly and professional) again we were not disappointed - we always received information from the outcome of viewings and support and encouragement throughout the sale process - selling a flat proved more difficult than we first thought and thanks to Nicola (manager) who always held our heads up no matter how difficult it got sometimes...we made it! The after sales help we have received from Sara so far is second to none, she is enthusiastic and has a can do attitude no matter what we have thrown at her - I used to dread calling Estate Agents but since Hannells that has all changed we look forward to speaking to them! - keep it up Team you are all super!
