We thank you '5a' for your comments, however regret that we are unable to provide a specific response as we do not know who you are. We can clarify though that Winnard & Brown do not fleece anyone out of their deposit. It is our role to negotiate dilapidation's at the end of a tenancy between a landlord and tenant. We are bound by TDS regulations and if an agreement is not reached we are not legally allowed to make a deduction from your deposit. If you do not agree to a deduction the ...
