Horrendous experience letting my apartment in Central Birmingham. Lee Grogan and Jaspal Singh promised great things and did not even obtain a single viewing in 3 weeks. In that time, my other agent had 9 viewings and 3 offers at the asking price. They did not even bother to go to the apartment and take pictures, and used the other agents one instead. Stay clear!

Emma and Farleigh provided alot of support and assistance throughout the lettings process, above and beyond expectations.

Dear Lisa, I remember this case very well, we simply required proof for the seller which you unable to provide and I clearly remember you agreeing to continue the purchase even after this unfortunate event, we not only waited for 6-8 months for this transaction to complete we also carried out works in the property that you had requested and this was paid for by LV not the seller just to keep all parties happy. Forced to pay a membership fee. Change the name please. More like admin and profit in your pocket. I wasn't shown anything to do with how the shower works, the locks (don't even lock.internally), no reply in 4 days about the locks.noy working, handed keys and signed on your premises (No walk through on the property - came from London) that means your inventory is invalid!! As above your locks don't work! Checks were not done properly!
