I have never come across a more incompetent estate agent:
1. Spelling and grammar in advert is incorrect. Even after we provide revisions for them, they are unable to process edits correctly.
2. When showing the flat they have no idea about the particulars of the flat despite us explaining them. Also don't follow instructions on taking shoes off
3. They provided 4 viewings in 3 months
4. Even taking off the ad is a hassle to sort out with them.
5. Widely varying property price estimates (and completely inaccurate)
Only remotely smooth bit was photos and floor plan and that is only because a freelancer sorts it out for them!
