They are only my second agent ever used, but my god they are awful. Take ages to get back to you on anything, ask a simple question, get an answer in six months. Need a repair doing, only took three months, they insisted they were talking to the landlord to try and get an answer, which is fine, but do me a favour and keep me updated!!! Bad customer service, bad attitude, their way is the only way and they are not open to any discussion. When writing emails/letters their vocabulary and concept of the English language is shocking!

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES MONEY AND TIME AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Gone into liquidation.
