Terrible letting agents, The house was in appalling condition, but the estate agents refused to fix anything or do any work to the house. 8 moths into a 10 month contract it was said that the work would not be completed before we moved out. We complained for a whole 8 months and got no response. Problems with the house included things such as: Damp, mould, broken cooker, faulty electrics, broken windows, swollen doors, Broken downstairs shower room (which they had nailed shut and not told us about before we moved in so we thought we were moving into a 2 shower house) Failure to provide us with our own copy of contract, Reluctancy to provide us with gas safety certificate. They also attempted to bribe us with pizza and coffe and came across and intimidating nad unprofessional. I would not recommend this letting agents to anybody, fullstop.

OH, and all housemates paid different deposits, but we were told we all paid the same.
OH, and they failed to show up to council meetings to examine damages.

I am writing this review so that futute tenants can save themselves some serious hassle and stress, renting with pavillion ruined my degree.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually done the job they were supposed to do instead of thinking about money money money and taking advantage of students/young people.

Pavilion staff are possibly some of the most unprofessional, rude, sarcastic and incompetent people I have come across as said above everything you've said here is happening to us too!

We had the same in Stanmer Park Road. Shower was not working for 6 weeks, so 6 of us had to bath every morning. Mould on the wall, no communication at all. Staff came across and very unprofessional and unfriendly with us having to fight for any information or repairs.

Oh this is so familiar! Plus they all argue with eachother in their office so so professional .......NOT. Everything you say above is happening to us right now! Nightmare!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
