Unfortunately I didn't share the positive experiences described in other reviews. I am still in dispute with Ultra Estates over part of my rent deposit and they have stopped answering any calls or replying to my emails. I have also not been informed about which rent deposit scheme they are using which seems to be a violation of UK renters' rights. I am planning to follow up this issue with an attorney. If you are looking for short-term lets in central London, I can only advise you to go elsewhere.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. However, we were instructed by the Landlord to start eviction proceedings and took instructions at all times from them. Eviction proceedings started due to breaches to the agreement and instructions we received by the Landlord. The ruling in court was in favour of the eviction. We do apologise for your experience. ...
