Although Katrina hadn't been Property Manager to my property for long, her conduct at all times has straddled that fine line between professional and friendly and set a standard as to how that relationship ought to be. For potentially the first time in my tenure at the property I felt reassured that things were under control. I would also like to credit Daisy Jenkins for managing the financial side again with professionalism and warmth.
