Both the property management agents I dealt with in the 4weeks since I informed Hunters I'd be retaking possession of the property have quit. Neither answered phone calls or mails or followed up the most basic queries. They treated the tenants badly, blaming me for the poor communication. A process - issuing a Section 21 Notice - that should have been straightforward has taken far too long, causing me and the tenants unnecessary stress. Hunters didn't know what kind of contract was in place nor the obligations of that contract. And they cant find the inventory. I could go on..and on!
Comment on agent fees
Since they didn’t do what they were paid to do, then I’d have to say this was not value for money.
