We took this property on a short term let after our house purchase was delayed. We had previously rented for 6 months through another letting agent, CollinsonHall, whose service had been very professional throughout, if a little fastidious. In contrast, the service we received from Abbey Estates was shoddy, incompetence and at times downright dishonest from start to end. I would urge tenants to think twice before renting a property through Abbey Estates and, if you do, keep a very good record of all your dealings with them.
