We bought our house through Davis Tate's Didcot office. We did a viewing with Rachel within a couple of hours' of our enquiry. She was helpful, informative and very positive regarding our reason for the purchase as we were 'buying-to-let'. Communication thoughout the various stages was excellent with herself, and Andy when she was not available. We completed the purchase late on the Friday afternoon and by first thing the following Wednesday, she had successfully obtained a tenanat for us. All the administration was carried out quickly and efficiently. Marks out of 100? 110!

1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct.
