From first contact with Pam Leith extremely exceptional help and guidance from her.
She made every aspect of selling our house easy to understand. We were also able to contact her at any time with questions we had.
She was absolutely correct in what she said about our house selling quickly even though we thought to ourselves - probably not - it will take ages! How wrong we were - the first day of viewings a super offer made and accepted by us. I am sure her professional photographs and terrific well documented details about our house made such a difference to it selling so quickly.
We wholeheartedly recommend Knight Bain especially Pam Leith who became like a friend and yet extremely professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of house selling.
