Along with my fiance, we met Steve who showed us a property we were planning to buy as an investment. First of all, need to say he was very knowledgeable. He brought up all of the good points of the property eg. lovely fireplace, (even though it wasn't the prettiest) and suggested potential changes. We got some very useful info.
It looked like he really cared about the vendor trying to present the property the best possible. If we decide to sell our house in the future, we will very likely ask Steve to take care of it.
