The complete lack of full management of our property from the is company is outstanding, never did I think a lettings agency could be so incompetent. They take the fee (plus extra fees that I struggled to get back) but do not provide the service. Landlords look elsewhere to rent your property.

They are absolutely awful- we have had two instances of tenants not paying rent, having to take them to court- the worst thing is the agency just does not reply to emails or phone calls... we are compleetly at their mercy as we're in Australia.... ...
