I Second Andy's comments
Called the day before to confirm appointment and change time to a bit earlier. Tried calling the letting office to confirm on day but as it was a Saturday no response so I left a message. I had to phone the sales desk, who can be bothered to answer the phone (thank you) but would not recommend leaders letting.
The really annoying thing is that I have traveled over 100 miles to view waiting 2hr for the viewing only for the agent to be a no show.
Do NOT use Cambridge letting

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
