As a previous review stated, âIn it for the landlords, not the tenantsâ and I could not agree more.
Problem after problem is all they have caused. They misadvise just to make your face smile, then when it comes to actually dealing with it they do nothing or blame the tenants.
I complained over and over again about the increase in mould, nothing was done. Then when I end my tenancy they try take money out of my bond to cover the mould and say they have no proof of me ever complaining? Awful.
My house came without curtains or blinds, fully open windows. We were told that we could put curtains up because they obviously needed covering. Oh wait, apparently no proof of that either, so more money out of our bond for a CURTAIN HANGER.
I am just utterly shocked at how awful their service is. There could be a mansion for £500 pcm and I still would not go for it if it was with this company.
