Please do not rent from these cowboy people all they do is mug you off soon as you rent from them they might come across polite and nice but they really are not they threaten you and course you a lot of trouble and stress. The property was filthy and alive with mouse and bed bugs

We have not rented a property to a person called Ron, and have never rented to a person called Ron. At no point would we ever rent a property with evidence of mice and never rent a property furnished so not really sure about bed bugs. We as a company would never threaten or stress people that are tenants of ours. As we like to see tenants stay with us for many years, which we are proud to say we have quite a few tenants to say the least. Who are happy with us as a company. We always request that all tenants report issues within a property to us via an online link to safeguard them and to get a quick response which we are proud of. The issue we see with comments like this is no rental address, when tenants are heavily in rent arrears, and have been legally evicted, and never make it known about issues within the property they are renting. We take pride in what do supporting tenants and landlords who we do not even look after. I look forward to a response from Ron, so i can look into this further.
