I was attempting to rent a property, and coming straight out of university, never having rented alone before, it was a little daunting. Fortunately, the staff here seem very professional and timely - I cannot stress enough how important this is, as waiting around for calls and emails on important matters can be very unpleasant.
Though there was a problem with my referencing, it was most likely a fault on my end, and the referencing is done externally anyway so this is not really up to them. Aside from this the process was extremely smooth and took only a few days.

Comment on agent fees
The fees, although high at a first glance, seemed about normal or even lower-than-normal for the type of property I looking to rent in the area. The only part that felt perhaps higher than normal was the referencing fee - but my understanding is that they outsource this to another company, and I am not familiar with the rates that professional referencing services charge, so it may well be completely reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised to not be charged extra for having a guarantor reference-checked also.
