I had to sell my deceased sisters one bedroomed ground floor flat I had dealt with Will Bags before and asked him for a price we should try for and as we had used his services and those of some of his colleagues Len West Drayton my expectations were extremely high and were not disapointed to cut a long story short he has shown us prices of similar properties sold in the area recently and based on the quality or not if some of the properties he suggested a mid range price which was spot on and achieved.
He also gave some simple advice which saved us spending a fortune which would not have changed the price we got so full marks to him and his staff finding a buyer and concluding the sale very quickly.
I must give an extra special commendation to their coordinator Loraine she was outstanding keeping informed at every stage and chasing solicitors on all sides before updating us absolutely brilliant, as was our solicitor and her pa whom I cannot fault I did not use the Romans solicitors although I am sure they would be good but the one we used and would go to again was Caroline Mangam, her PA Samantha Palmer of charsley Harrison in Windsor. All in all all parties were excellant at a tome when my personal mindset was perhaps slightly more emotional than at other times and this was taken into account by all of the above and much appreciated.

As with any agent the fees on face value seem difficult to accept but in this situation worth every penny.

They charge fees that are entirely unnecessary, such as renewal fees. They charge despite the fact that you can print out any documents off the web or even just update the date on existing contracts. For this service they charge £140
