There is no honesty and trust in this company. Our flat has been rented out by this agency and under their supervision. It was a partial furnished flat in an excellent condition, after three years, the tenant left the property in an awful situation (looks like vandalism) again under the Locate agency supervision and they found another property to destroy.
Comment on agent fees
No comments, for this period (3 years we paid them £1800) to look after the flat and we settled back with a deplorable condition of our flat.
