Taylors/Countrywide are prime examples of what's bad with Estate/Letting Agents. They're only interested up to the point of getting your money, once they have it they never respond to calls, ignore requests, and take money when they shouldn't.
They also change your power supplier when you let them manage your properties, where they obviously get a kick-back.
Avoid like the plague!

they did the same thing so im trying to dispute it with my bank and now im asking for the contracts and calls and any other info they have and they are not willing to even send that over. tbh im just going to take them to court. they cant be doing this to people ...

Take an interest in ensuring a sale actually goes through in a reasonable period. Don't rely on one good person in the office Phone back when you say you will Stop being a bunch of bad salesmen.
