We saw a property to rent in Cathedral Court, Romford and we went for a viewing on the same day: amazing place, really spacious. From the moment we saw it we knew we wanted. Right after the viewing we literally ran into the office in Romford and made our application.
All perfect! Application signed, document copies given they promised to get back to us same day afternoon or Saturday morning. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM A SINGLE TIME, not even to explain the delay. I called them on Saturday evening and they said Monday morning as the landlord was not reachable.
Waited until Monday midday and NOTHING, another call to know if we were still being considered (a complete lack of respect with the customer), another call and landlord is still not reachable (!!!!!!). In the meantime, I called so many times saying we were willing to raise the offer, willing to pay holding deposit in cash... but NOTHING.
Tuesday afternoon we get a call from Balgores asking to raise the offer because someone else offered the same price, we raised TWICE our offer and apparently we got the place after 5 days literally chasing them!
All fine, at least we got it.
Offer accepted we were supposed to receive an email from the landlord to pay the deposit and go ahead with the process. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. (???)
Called them again and got informed that they would contact the landlord and check why no email was sent.
Few minutes after I got a call saying that the place was already rented: Hera Management went ahead (apparently without telling the landlord) AND RENTED THE PLACE OUT.
And this is our position now: one week less to look for a new place and being completely and totally foolish.

I just still can not believe of this poor service we received, it is so slow, so unresponsive and COMPLETELY ineffective.
