I purchased a flat in 2011 from DAA Residential and successfully sold the propery in 2018 with DAA Residential after moving to London from New York CIty.
DAA offers a bespoke service and with their 30 plus years in the local area, they definitely stand out against the 'high street agents'.
They are willing to invest the time it takes to make the deal happen and even help out with sticky administration proplems when need be.
Everyone they have recommened to me in the way of solicitors, surveriors, et are also excellent.
If you are looking for properties in the London's East End, do make DAA your first port of call.
