The branch manager managed to make a humongous error and failed to correct it,around an offer made on our property.She managed to decline an offer,after jumping to conclusions and acting without any dialogue to confirm our wishes. We had asked various questions in writing,which were unanswered and ignored.The cavalier attitude and lack of care cost us the sale. Effective negotiation did not take place,&their lack lustre approach means the process is onerously slow

I asked these to sell my property what was only a part buy part rent of the property could of been sold as a whole they had put no affect in to this property because they were not getting a huge amount of commission on it I had moved out of property asked for new pictures to be taken now all our stuff had been moved they went and took pictures of the property they were awfull pictures they then did not ask us to check pictures for our approvel they then just put on net along side the old pictures how very misleading I've since sent email them telling them why we was unhappy no response waist of time agent

Total waste of space, time and money, do not return calls, do not respond to emails, when questioned on lack of response, excuses are, I was off that day , went to wrong email folder, best part of two weeks where the boiler was leaking, tenant phoned on saturday morning to report problem, eleven days later, I get an email to say they are sending someone round, water leak has destroyed boiler electrics, new boiler required, quote for £2100 to fix, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT. STEER CLEAR OF T ...

Used them to let my property, despite regular letters stating visits to the property found it in clean condition, once tenants left I inspected the property and the tenants had repainted, hung wallpaper, left dog muck in carrier bags in the garden. Let the dog ...

Visited the property to inspect it, used a but if common sense when returning keys.
