Hey, over all everything has been ok. Issues are having crap builders carry out work. Having had work completed by some cowboy. A bathroom refit was supposed to be a 3 day job. Started in June and finished in September. An on top of that a shoddy finish to work. Then the cowboy builder over charging for work plus charging for work that had not been done!!! An having asked for the highlighted work to be finished and no matter how many times it's been asked to get fixed it fell on deaf ears. Also having reported the builder for using poor quality appliances or even reconditioned items. Even though he has been told to get specific customers request!!

It has very much put me off having any work completed by the builders or contractors from belvior.

Will use better contractors next time.

Other than this, staff are great. We very rarely have to contact anyone.

Most times staff are friendly!!

Contractors instructed by Belvoir are not employed by us, but do complete works on our landlords behalf.
