Bradleys are so lovely and are very helpful. They'll always direct you to the right people and help you if you have any questions, which was good for me and my partner since we are young and, while it wasn't the first time we rented, we have had horrible experiences with other agencies. It has been a refreshing experience. I would definitely recommend Bradleys to people in the future, especially people who are new to renting.
It has also helped that we have a very nice landlord who we met while we were undergoing referencing and the property we are moving into hasn't had any problems before. It is newly decorated, too, and looks amazing inside! We are very happy.

Comment on agent fees
They’re good, pretty much the same as a lot of other places. Better because they’re all one-off charges, though.
