I booked Berriman Eaton to come out to value my property. The man who came to value it was one of the nicest people to meet. Not pushy at all. I decided to instruct them there and then. So far my advert is on Rightmove and the pictures are of very high quality. If you are thinking of letting use Berriman Eaton!

Not a positive experience. I gave them my unfurnished flat to sell. Between summer 2014 and summer 2015 they brought 6 people to view it. It cost £250 to get them to prepare the hand outs and put up a sign. It cost the same when I decided they ...
