Choosing any estate agent can be a daunting and difficult task, we spoke in depth to four different agents and then selected to go with Manning Stainton. The reason being; we found them to be the most helpful and knowledgeable and most importantly, they immediately displayed an understanding of our aims and objectives regarding our house sale.
Janet Morris was our assigned point of contact and throughout the period of the viewings, sale and transactions, Janet managed everything for us with great professionalism and with a very personal friendly manner. Janet also provided hints and tips and valuable advice on all aspects of the process, and so we felt fully prepared for each stage as it was managed and presented.
Most of our viewings were conducted by Sabrina Hundal, who immediately made it her business to know about every aspect of the house, ensuring she could answer any viewers questions with confidence, as well as keep us informed regarding feedback.
So what can often be a very traumatic process was made very comfortable and manageable for us by the professional team at Adel, led by Janet Morris.
