they were fine throughout the year we rented from them, if pestered they would respond to the small problems we had (only one or two) within a couple of weeks. However upon moving out they took over a month to even tell us how much they planned on taking from our deposit and claimed that the flat needed over £200 worth of cleaning despite us having already hired a professional end of tenancy cleaner. As of yet we still have not received the undisputed amounts of our deposit, 6 weeks later and counting. This is a large amount of money to be waiting for (~£1600). Also, like any agent, their fees are way too much for the service they provide.
