We have been using Winnard and Brown to let our property now for approximately 7 years and the service that they have provided has been outstanding. They have found new tenants for us quickly and efficiently and we have had very little to do which is exactly what we want as myself and my husband are very busy with our jobs. If any work needs doing on the property, they organise this efficiently. In addition to this, the work has always been to a high standard and at a very reasonable price. (We have in the past been pleasantly surprised at the cost of the work.) Because they organise everything so efficiently, this really does remove any hassle that renting a property can sometimes bring. Another area that we have been impressed with is that we have regular inspections of the property so we are kept up-to-date on its condition and photographs are taken so I can clearly see if there are any issues. When a tenant leaves, they inspect the property and report any areas that need to be sorted: for example, if the oven has not been cleaned to a good enough standard or if rubbish has been left in the wrong bin. They will then deduct the cost of this from the tenants deposit. Because they deal with all of this, it means that I avoid any awkward confrontations and the property is left in a good standard. I would definitely recommend Winnard and Brown as a letting agent.
