1. Understanding the constraints on the seller - after two days of intensive viewings I had viewing fatigue and didn't want to agree to a one-off viewing - was it worth the hassle? Anissa persuaded me that I didn't have to have a pristine house to let someone view it and the viewing went ahead with good results.
2. Sales progression - when negotiating the shifting sands of the housing market, people who calmly keep on the case without drama are vital. All the Cantell team are exemplary in this respect.
3. List of specialist contacts - there came a point when moving was imminent and there were things we hadn't been able to do until exchange and Cantell's list of specialist contacts was a lifeline. Each contact highly experienced with very imaginative solutions.
