Made appointment as early as possible to view property as we knew would be extremely popular. We were second people to see it and wanted it. Asked Carley what we had to do and she said she would get hold of landlord and get back to us. We said we were keen no one else to view it and we would pay fee straight away. The viewing was 9.30, no contact 12 so rang for update, carley not available. Total of three calls that day still no contact. Ran first thing in morning to be told carley still not available. I rang manager James who said would investigate and ring back. One o'clock Carley rang and said landlord went with other people. I asked why she didn't ring before and her attitude was only rings when she got news even though we rung four times. We believe she kept property for someone she knew as the affordability was in our reach. Total no care for customer and in end went with Peter Allen who we found property £100 cheaper, better location and took our deposit there and then and took property off market. So would I recommend Jeffrey Ross, if you want to waste a day and half waiting for phone to ring go for it, me I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
