We was chasing our overpayment on rent from 20th April and only recived it on June 5th after being told it was paid on there system 15th May!
As we kept chasing this is the lovely email we received from Gagan
I think you just hung up on me. Not really the smartest thing to do considering you were asking for my help.
I'll wish you luck with it, but don't call me again because as I told you, I've done by bit and I will not be wasting my energy going out of my way to help someone who thinks this is acceptable behaviour.

We thought and still feel that ‚£300 for referencing is a lot of money, especially since we have both only previously lived with parents and my partner is self employed (I am his accountant) so the only referencing completed for the ‚£600 (total for both of us) was to my company and the credit checks which I am sure do not cost that much.
