Special thanks to Matthew for his rapid and very competent response four months ago when I found myself in an appalling situation with a previous agent in the region. Thanks to Matthew and to James and Emma, in fact 'the team' as a whole, all is now being run highly professionally and at the same time in a 'personal' and very responsive manner, which is very helpful to me as I am not myself in the Cambridge area to keep an eye on things myself.
Comment on agent fees
The fees are equal to what I had been paying to my previous agent for several years, so I presume they they are 'standard' , 'correct'. I have not made any other comparison . What counts is a balance between what you pay and what you get. I value honesty, reputation and service and am currently a satisfied customer.
