We had the property on the market with another local agent in Guildford. While they were pretty pushy with me, they couldn't sell the property. Then we moved to another local agent who didn't make any impression at all. So it was a relief to finally deal with Gascoigne Pees in Godalming. Jordan was very active at getting people in to view, and together with Matthew, they kept us fully informed throughout. The sale was completely effortless in the end and we were delighted with the result.
