We bought a house in Highgate, London N6 in February 2017 . SMH was the agent for the seller. The service provided by SMH was efficient, speedy and professional. The service was quite obviously better than any experience that I have had to date with a conventional estate agent, who would have charged a fee of 150 times as much (yes 150 times as much) for the service. It will take a few years for SMH to gain traction, but if I were a conventional estate agent right now, I would be shutting up shop and emigrating!!
